in shape
（保持狀態、良好的型態）
shape 是形狀的意思，in shape 字面上的意思是在形狀內，也就是保持狀態或體態的意思，可以加上動詞 keep/ stay / get in (good) shape 維持某事物在(良好)的狀態。
前面加不同的動詞，會有不同的意思唷！
get in shape 是做什麼去得到好的身材。在往好身材的路上前進。
keep 與 stay in shape 是同樣的用法，做什麼去維持好的身材。已經是了，但想辦法維持。
例句：
Oh my God she is so fit. You look so fit.
It doesn't mean she is in shape.
It just means you look great.
📌fit → adj.健康的，適合的
You want to get in shape.
Don't run a marathon tomorrow.
Start by taking a walk.
歐巴馬：I got to work out harder to stay in shape.
